ICYMI - Abu Dhabi Investment Authority appoints Head of Americas for Real Estate, KREST appoints Julia Butler as Chief Investment Officer and 819 bed PBSA scheme in Bristol forward sold to KKR

In today’s newsletter, Pritesh Patel was named Head of Americas in the Real Estate Department at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), a source close to the fund confirmed.

KKR, a leading global investment firm, has announced that the Board of Directors of KKR Real Estate Select Trust Inc. ("KREST" or the "Fund") has appointed Julia Butler to the newly created role of Chief Investment Officer ("CIO") of KREST.

Also, Watkin Jones, the UK's leading developer, and manager of residential for rent has announced that the Group has exchanged contracts with funds managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm, to forward fund an 819-bed purpose-built student housing (PBSA) scheme in Dalby Avenue located in Bedminster, Bristol.

And finally, Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ), a leading independent asset management firm, has announced the appointment of Klaus Schuster as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer EMEA, effective May 30, 2023.
