UKAA Investor Lender Forum appoints Apache Capital’s Ashley Perry as Vice-Chair
Good morning all,
In today’s newsletter, The UK Apartment Association (UKAA) has appointed Ashley Perry (pictured below) as the new Vice-Chair of its Investor Lender Forum. Perry, who brings over a decade of experience to the UKAA, will work closely with Investor Lender Forum Chair and Executive Director of Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE, Jason Hardman, who was appointed earlier this year. The Vice-Chair appointment marks another step in the continuing expansion of UKAA's regional presence.
UKAA acts as a collective voice for UK Build to Rent, serving to de-risk the sector for developers, investors, operators, and suppliers through a mixture of education, networking and research. The Investor Lender Forum plays a critical role in this, aiming to inform and educate the BTR finance sector on operational assets, return optimisation, and risk management.
