ICYMI - Schroders Capital appoints Peter Lowe as Head of UK Real Estate Investment
In today’s newsletter, Schroders Capital, the private markets business with $97.3 billion of assets under management, announced yesterday that Peter Lowe has been promoted to Head of UK Real Estate Investment.
With strong UK investment experience across a range of fund strategies and structures, Peter will focus on optimizing the UK Real Estate team's ability to deliver outperformance for clients and capture market opportunities. He will retain his existing fund management responsibilities, according to a statement released by Schroders Capital on the appointment.
This follows the formation of a new leadership team within the Real Estate business, including the promotion of Nick Montgomery to Global Head of Real Estate, as Schroders Capital looks to further strengthen its real estate capabilities and client proposition. In his new role, Peter will work closely with Nick and Rebecca Gates, Head of UK Real Estate Asset Management.
