Andrea Drasites welcomed as Global Head of Real Estate and Agricultural Finance at MetLife Investment Management; and RivingtonHark welcomes Nick Lee as Executive Director

In today’s newsletter, Head of Real Estate and Agricultural Finance, Andrea Drasites will lead MetLife Investment Management (MIM)'s commercial mortgage and equity real estate portfolio, as well as its agricultural investments portfolio after the appointment to her role effective October 1, 2026. MIM's real estate portfolio represented $108.9 billion in gross real estate and agricultural assets under management as of December 31, 2025.

Also, in other news, Nick Lee has been appointed to the role of Executive Director at RivingtonHark in London. He brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, having previously holding influential roles at Knight Frank, Berkeley Group and CEG.
