ICYMI - Saudi Real Estate Co (“Al Akaria”) announces its Annual Financial results; We take a look inside Egypt’s new mega project dubbed - The Spine; & UNPRI marks its 20th year at LSE's Opening Bell

In today’s newsletter, the Energy & Infrastructure Moves substack publication has learned that the annual financial results of Saudi Real Estate Co (“Al Akaria”) for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been published via the Saudi Stock Exchange. The results reflect the company’s continued progress in executing its strategic transformation, enhancing the quality of its real estate portfolio, and contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The Energy & Infrastructure Moves substack publication has also learned details of the unveiling of a massive $27 billion (EGP 1.4 trillion) urban development project launched in April 2026 by the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) in partnership with the National Bank of Egypt dubbed ‘The Spine’ — which will be located east of Cairo within the existing Madinaty development.
