IFM appoints Deepa Bharadwaj to succeed Christian Seymour as Head of Infrastructure for Europe, CBRE tops MSCI Real Assets rankings, and Cohen & Steers publishes results for Q4'22 and 2022 year ended
In today’s newsletter, CBRE was the top-ranked firm for commercial real estate investment sales in the U.S. during 2022, according to MSCI Real Assets-the 17th consecutive year that CBRE has claimed the top spot.
Also, IFM Investors have confirmed the appointment of Deepa Bharadwaj who will become its new Head of Europe - Infrastructure, following the retirement of current head Christian Seymour. Mr Seymour joined IFM in 2004 and has been instrumental in establishing IFM's European base in London in 2006.
Finally, Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) on Wednesday reported its operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. The company's quarterly earnings presentation can be viewed here. The company shall also be hosting an earnings call with investors and analysts which will be held at 10:00 am ET this morning. Hosting the call will be Chief Executive Officer and President, Joseph Harvey, Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Stadler, and Chief Investment Officer, Jon Cheigh.
