ICYMI - Shell Nigeria Gas Infrastructure Development signs $100m public-private gas construction agreement with Oyo State Government at a special event in London
In today’s newsletter, His Excellency, Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, and a team of Oyo State representatives were in London this past week to sign an investment agreement with Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG). The gas project, worth in the region of $100 million, involves the construction of a Pressure Reduction and Metering Station (PRMS) and the laying of pipelines by SNG on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis. Ownership will be transferred to Oyo State after 20 years.
