In today’s newsletter, Fidelity International has launched its second real estate climate impact fund, which has raised €200m at its first close, according to sources at the company.
The Fidelity Real Estate Logistics Impact Climate Solutions fund, which is Article 9 compliant under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, aims to support an accelerated energy transition in the real estate sector.
