In today’s newsletter, leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has been named as one of the top three global brands in commercial real estate by The Lipsey Company for the sixth consecutive year.
Also, in other news, DBS Bank said today it has officially inaugurated its Dhaka representative office, marking its expansion into its 19th market, globally.
Finally, supported by Tony Iuliano and the Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics team globally, Cushman & Wakefield have appointed a number of new recruits to drive the growth of the industrial land market, especially across NSW.
These new recruits join the existing Cushman & Wakefield Western Sydney team, increasing the team's industrial experience to over 100 years combined in the market. The brokerage team will be well suited to bring "global transaction" thinking, processes, and strategies to all clients at all levels (national and local).
